Lacked atmosphere but the food was good.
Horrible customer service. I ordered for delivery, had to repeat my order 4 different times and they forgot my drink. charged me extra for no reason so when I tried to call back to see why that was happening they talked to me very rudely and I didn’t get an explanation
The food here is very good, but what sets this place apart from its local competitor is its excellent service. This roadside Italian restaurant is welcoming and its staff is friendly. I will return and recommend this to anyone passing through town while hiking the nearby mountains or while visiting the famous caves here in Grottoes.
Great pizza, terrible service. Always takes over an hour for delivery, sometimes over 90 minutes. Can't remove tip, as the website forces you to either pay tip upfront, or pay cash. I don't carry cash, so that was a mistake.
