We were having trouble with our slides. It was Sunday morning and couod get no help from Route 66. We found Jerry's Quality RV Service. When we called he told us he was on the way to another call and it would be at least 2 hours but he would call us to make sure we were not still down. About an hour later he called as he finished his first repair and told us he would be to us within 30-45 minutes.
He arrived as promised and within a few minutes identified the problem. It was a simple fix as the problem he identified was mine..lol. We had a good laugh but only charged the initial service call price.
Jerry followed through and was prompt and honest. If ever in this part of Virginia again and have a problem, Jerry will be our first call.
